11月21日，楚能新能源与上海电力设计院在楚能全球总部签署合作协议，就楚能20尺5MWh电池预制舱CORNEX M5储能系统采购项目达成深度合作。楚能海外销售公司副总经理陈群与上海电力设计院党委委员、副总经理袁晓明代表双方签署协议。楚能新能源董事长代德明，上海电力设计院党委书记、董事长蔡光宗出席活动并见证签约。
根据协议，楚能新能源与上海电力设计院将在国内市场及高端国际市场开展全方位合作，为全球可再生能源、电池储能系统（BESS）开发商和独立发电厂商客户，提供交流和直流全集成及设计、采购、施工（EPC）全过程的电池储能系统解决方案。
上海电力设计院作为国家能源转型发展的实践者，是国内绿色能源和智慧城市建设领域的领军企业。未来，双方将协同发力，积极延伸区域性市场触角，携手打造系统化、高效能的绿色低碳解决方案，构建共创共融全球发展新格局。

On November 21, CORNEX signed a cooperation agreement with POWERCHINA Shanghai Electric Power Engineering (SEPD) in CORNEXGlobal Headquarters, reaching in-depth cooperation on the procurement project of CORNEX"s 20-foot 5MWh Battery Energy Storage Container CORNEX M5. Chen Qun, Deputy General Manager of Overseas Sales Company of CORNEX, and Yuan Xiaoming, Deputy General Manager of SEPD, signed the agreement on behalf of both sides. Dai Deming, Chairman of CORNEX, and Cai Guangzong, Chairman of SEPD witnessed the signing ceremony.
According to the agreement, CORNEX and SEPD will carry out all-round cooperation in the domestic market as well as the high-end international market, and provide battery energy storage system solutions covering the whole process of AC and DC full integration, design, procurement and construction (EPC) for global renewable energy, battery energy storage system (BESS) developers and independent power generation manufacturers.
As a practitioner of the national energy transformation and development, SEPD is a leading enterprise in the fields of domestic green energy and smart city construction. In the future, both sides will work together, actively extend their reach in regional markets, jointly create systematic and high-efficiency green and low-carbon solutions, build a new pattern of co-creation and integration development.
